CLOS VOUGEOT CHATEAU DE LA TOUR VIEILLES VIGNES 2016

Toutes mes bouteilles ont été acquises à leur sortie et conservées à 12° depuis.

Je fais un peu de place dans ma cave.

Les commentaires sont superflus. Toujours au top de l'appellation.

Attention, c'est bien le Vieilles Vignes", nettement supérieur au normal.

2016 Clos de Vougeot Vieilles Vignes: Ripe, airy and perfumed aromas are comprised by notes of red cherry, crushed anise, newly turned earth and a lovely panoply of floral elements, where the nose is just now turning slightly secondary in character. The gorgeously textured, intense, suave and vibrant medium weight plus flavors immediately tighten up on the dusty, serious, compact and powerful finish that exhibits excellent persistence. This is a terrific 2016 though it's also one that is still very much on the way up and I would be inclined to give it at least 5 more years and 10 to 12 would be better still. 95/2036+
