2019 St Aubin “Derrière Chez Edouard”: Slightly riper though still attractively cool aromas include those of various white fleshed fruit along with pretty acacia blossom and lemon-lime hints. Once again, the medium-bodied flavors possess a lovely texture thanks to the abundance of dry extract coat the palate and buffering the citrusy, more complex and balanced finale. DCE almost always ages well and this example should be no exception. 92/2025+
